Our multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining flexibility and excellent communication skills. We are a multispecialty ASC performing a wide range of procedures, including:

• Total Joint Replacement
• Sports Orthopedics
• Orthopedic Hand Surgery
• Gynecology
• General Surgery
• Pain Management

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Prior Preoperative and Postoperative Care, Pre‑Admission Testing (PAT), and Endoscopy procedures experience preferred
• Current certification in BLS required
• BSN preferred
• IV therapy proficiency (essential)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with hybrid EMR systems; EPIC experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

· As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

· Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
