Hospital Dialysis Registered Nurse – Mid Shift
DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Prisma Health system to work in a hospital setting caring for patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Details About This Position- Dialysis experience not required.
- Training may take place in a facility or a training facility other than your assigned home facility.
- Potential to float to various facilities during and after your training.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans.
- Oversee a group of patients with support of PCTs for observations, stats, and machine set‑up.
- Work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast‑paced environment.
- Specialty in multiple renal therapies: hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
- Daily hospital setting delivering dialysis to patients at a contracted healthcare system.
- Provide specialty nephrology care within ICU, CCU, ED, and more.
- Schedule:
Provide lifesaving care during regularly scheduled and on‑call shifts. Schedules vary by hospital. - DaVita's Inpatient Dialysis Program is Joint Commission Accredited.

- Paid training.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Dialysis experience required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing, BSN, or a three‑year diploma from an accredited diploma program may substitute for a nursing degree.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med‑Surg) experience.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
- Successful completion of the pre‑employment color‑blind test (accommodation may be provided).
Full vaccination against COVID‑19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.
