RN - Interventional Radiology

This is a 13-week contract position.

4 (10-hour) shifts from 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a rotating day off. Also includes weekday and weekend call.

The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (IR RN) provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing interventional procedures. This role requires a strong background in interventional radiology, trauma, and neuro/stroke management to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Provide direct patient care in the interventional radiology setting.
• Assist with interventional procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
• Monitor and manage patient's vital signs and comfort during procedures.
• Administer medications and perform conscious sedation as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in interventional radiology required.
• Active nursing license and required certifications: ACLS, NIHSS.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) is mandatory.
• Travel experience is required.
