Nurse Practitioners are critical to the success of our clinical teams and play a key role in delivering fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare at our 12 MEDcare Urgent Care centers, which are equipped with on‑site digital X‑ray, EKG, and common laboratory assays.

• Provide complete, compassionate care to all patients
• Serve as a role model and leader for that day's team
• Direct patient care, including physical exams, evaluations, diagnostic testing, diagnoses and treatment for patients of all ages
• Perform standard office procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, infection management, wound care and more
• Communicate test results, follow‑up care, and other treatment plans as appropriate

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing Program
• Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 2 years experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting
• Must be licensed by the State of South Carolina
• DOT certification required
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License required
