Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Plant Manager in Walterboro.

Position Summary
The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations of the Walterboro manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role will lead plant personnel, manage production processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities of a Plant Manager includes:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations including production, safety, quality, and maintenance
• Manage and develop plant staff and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Improve production efficiency and operational performance
• Manage plant budgets, equipment, and resource planning
• Partner with leadership on operational strategy and growth

REQUIRED Experience and

Education:

Qualifications

• Experience managing manufacturing or chemical plant operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
