Machinist III - Plant - 2nd Shift

Define machining sequences and production work orders

Assemble and prepare tools and equipment for further usage during the production process

Prepares, completes and installs tools and/or clamping devices, enters processing data and simulates production process

Operates work order related production program, checks results and corrects program if necessary

Controls and documents work order progress, problems, machine time, materials used and may oversee activities of auxiliary personnel

May carry out minor maintenance work, or cooperates with maintenance to identify and to resolve failures

Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Required:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English

Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment

Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

Multiple years of experience operating and programming complex machines in a manufacturing environment

Experience working with power tools

Ability to read and interpret Blueprints

Salary Range: $30.70 - $34.55

2nd and 3rd shift premium available
