As we accelerate production, expand capabilities, and prepare for the next generation of manufacturing, we are seeking exceptional Senior Manufacturing Managers to lead at the heart of our Final Assembly operations.

** Your Impact*

** Senior Manufacturing Manager**  (Level L) in  
** North Charleston, South Carolina,
** you will lead frontline manufacturing leaders and teams responsible for delivering the 787 Dream liner-one of the most technologically advanced aircraft ever built.

You will serve as a cornerstone leader, translating strategic production goals into disciplined execution on the factory floor-while building a culture grounded in safety, quality, accountability, and pride.

You will:

+ Lead, manage and inspire manufacturing teams responsible for building the world's most advanced commercial aircraft

+ Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance

+ Build and develop exceptional leaders, strengthening Boeing's leadership pipeline for the future

+ Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Leadership to achieve production milestones

+ Champion continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational innovation

+ Help position Boeing South Carolina for increased production rates and long-term growth

** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + 5+ years of aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience

+ 3+ years of experience managing teams

+ 3+ years of experience leading, motivating and developing others

+ Demonstrated ability to lead across organizations and influence outcomes

+ Decision-making capability in complex, dynamic environments

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience, ideally in Final Assembly, Structures, Interiors, or Flight Test

+ 3+ years of proven success leading Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

+ Experience leading through production ramp-ups, operational transformation, or growth environments

+ Track record of building high-engagement, high-performance teams

+ Bachelor's degree or higher

+ A&P Certification
