As a member of our Door Shop Production Line team, you will contribute to the creation of interior and exterior doors while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn and develop assembly skills while producing doors to our exacting specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Construct and frame interior and exterior doors according to specific requirements.

* Execute basic assembly tasks in a collaborative team setting.

* Utilize hand and power tools, including nail guns, saws, drills, and other equipment.

* Familiarize yourself with various door materials and trims used in the manufacturing process.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

* Preferred ability to operate a circular saw and nail gun, though not required.

* Previous experience on a manufacturing assembly line, meeting production targets.

* Bonus points for familiarity with building, carpentry, or construction practices.

* Strong time management and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.

Physical Requirements:

Heavy Lifting:
Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Standing/Walking:
Frequent movement between storage areas and loading docks (up to 8-10 hours/day)

Physical Endurance:
Work in the warehouse and sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions, and frequently bend, twist, and reach overhead..

Additional Requirements:

* Must be 18 years or older

* Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
