We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the grounds and warehouse areas at our produce farm. This role plays a key part in ensuring our facilities are clean, functional, and presentable for daily operations. The work environment includes exposure to cold, wet conditions, and requires someone comfortable working in such settings.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, loading docks, and surrounding grounds.
• Sweep, mop, and wash floors in warehouse and storage areas.
• Remove debris, trash, and produce waste from facility grounds.
• Operate equipment such as brooms, power washers, and hand tools.
• Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move equipment or materials (if certified or trained).
• Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions to supervisors.

• ✔ Diploma/GED is NOT required, but nice to have.
• ✔ Minimum of 3 months of forklift experience (certification preferred, but NOT required).
• ✔ Pallet jack experience is a plus (certification preferred, but NOT required).
• ✔ Prior experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or facility maintenance strongly preferred.
• ✔ Comfortable working in wet, cold, and outdoor conditions.
• ✔ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• ✔ Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and following instructions and being a team player.
• ✔ Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

• Wet, cold, occasionally slippery environments typical of a warehouse/farm.
• May involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, machinery, and organic materials.
• Exposure to loud noises.
