Quality Inspector I

Job Number: 339626

• Audit products presented to Quality for acceptance, checking for defects in cosmetics, safety, part presence, and operation.
• Maintain audit check sheets in the QA database and ensure data is correct in the Total Quality Management (TQM) software.
• Assist in investigation and containment when safety and quality issues are found.
• Perform rework to vehicles on quality hold in order to meet engineering specifications and follow containment procedures, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Years of
  
  Experience:
  
  1 or more years in a manufacturing environment required.
• Software Knowledge:
  Microsoft Office Suite required; SAP, MES experience preferred.
