Reliance Inc - - Responsibilities:
Operate CTL machinery to process coil metal products according to customer specifications;
Load coils onto the uncoiler and feed through the crop shear and slitter head;
Inspect coils for edge damage, rust, and material type; measure and record coil width and thickness;
Complete shift reports and inspection sheets using blue or black ink; maintain accurate production documentation;
Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist setup personnel during production runs
