Maintenance Technician

Status:
Full-Time

This role supports critical production and molding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring independent judgment and adaptability.

• Maintain and repair injection molding presses and molds
• Maintain and repair conveying systems, robots, automatic handling equipment
• Maintain and repair grinders, pumps, motors, blenders, compressors, boilers
• Maintain and repair electrical and lighting systems
• Install and maintain process piping, valves, thermocouples, fittings, gauges
• Install and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and air systems
• Set up, remove, inspect, clean, and maintain molds of varying complexity
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs with minimal supervision
• Support environmental compliance, including RCRA waste handling
• Participate in required environmental and safety training

High school diploma or GED required

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Two-year technical degree or certificate preferred

• Hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Hydraulic system repair
• Willingness to learn and expand technical skill set
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with Milacron equipment is a plus

• Ability to work assigned shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
• Ability to work in an industrial environment (standing, walking, lifting, bending)
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance standards
