Operator , Bakery - Robot Operator - 3rd Shift

Aspire Bakeries is a North American baking company that specializes in specialty frozen baked goods. The company employs 13 bakeries across North America and is committed to innovation, quality, and safety.

The Operator 3 – Bakery Production is responsible for ensuring that food is prepared in accordance with Aspire Bakeries specifications and for working with the bakery team to meet production goals and maintain efficiencies.

• Ensure food meets quality specifications.
• Operate and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper food specifications.
• Maintain appropriate documents and reports.
• Keep work areas, machinery, and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.
• Assemble, set‑up, start, and stop equipment during start‑ups, changeovers, and line‑specific needs.
• Continuously comply with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP’s).
• Follow production work schedules, running orders, and recipes.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of equipment and product.
• Troubleshooting ability for equipment and product.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and math skills.
• Good communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to frequent changes on the production line.
• Ability to act as a member of a highly functioning team.
• Preferred:
  High School Diploma, computer skills, food manufacturing experience.

• Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Navigate up and down stairs.
• Standing, walking, climbing.
• Twisting, bending, stooping.
• Pushing, pulling.
• Handling, fingering, feeling.
• Seeing, speaking, hearing.
• Flexing, extending, turning the neck.

• Work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and loud environments.
• Frequently work near moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
