Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pre-Installation Technician to support a growing manufacturing and fabrication team. This role is ideal for candidates who are mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable working with industrial materials and equipment. The Pre-Installation Technician will assist in preparing materials and components prior to installation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare materials, components, and assemblies for installation according to project specifications.

Measure, cut, assemble, and organize parts as needed for fabrication or installation.

Inspect materials for quality and completeness before installation.

Assist with the setup and organization of tools, equipment, and work spaces.

Collaborate closely with fabrication and installation teams to support workflow efficiency.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Document work completed and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or installation support preferred.

Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and work with precision.

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Team player with good communication skills and reliability.
