The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

We are looking for Fabrication Coordinators to join our team! This position will be based at our Roebuck, SC manufacturing plant.

• As a Fabrication Coordinator, you will oversee workflow in the Hi-Pot/Bar wrap area to ensure bars from plating are properly grouped for the next operation.
• You’ll verify accurate labeling, perform quality spot checks, maintain 5S standards, and manage rework processes for any nonconforming bar packs.
• Ensure the production schedule is followed and coordinate material flow and employees to meet work requirements, covering positions as needed.
• Collaborate with materials and other production areas to receive the correct mix of material based on the schedule and report shortages to prevent production stops.
• Perform SAP transactions throughout the production process and access necessary documents (Quality, Safety, Operating Instructions) via computer.
• Apply Lean principles such as 5S and 7 Wastes and actively participate in CIP teams/projects.
• Assist with cleaning equipment and work areas to maintain proper function and safe conditions.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervision.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing
• Experience in fabrication-area operations, including coordinating material flow, monitoring production processes, and accurately performing required SAP transactions to support scheduling and workflow execution.
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to complete a 1/4 mile walk within 7 minutes, lift up to 40 lbs, sustain kneeling and standing for up to 30 minutes, and perform push/pull tasks with at least 87 lb force.
• Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

The pay for this position is $27.80 per hour, plus an additional $1.25 shift differential. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
