• Lead operators and oversee daily production of high-speed stamping presses using progressive dies

• Monitor production efficiency, machine uptime, and on-time delivery

• Proactively address quality issues and production bottlenecks

• Collaborate closely with management and scheduling teams

• Coach and motivate employees on safety, efficiency, tooling care, and cost-effective operation

• Drive solutions to production and quality challenges

• Support and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards

• Experience with
  high-speed progressive metal stamping dies and presses

• Engineering degree preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

• Good math skills and ability to read GD&T drawings

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and corrective action processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality and integrity

• Solid work history; must pass background and drug screening
