The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

This position could be working with moving material, taping, peeling, loading, unloading, use of mechanical tools, different measurement tools and assembly areas. No Experience needed!

You will have impact if you have the following minimum qualifications:

• In this role, you must be able to meet the physical requirements, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Ability to complete a 1/4 mile walk within 7 minutes, lift weights up to 40 lbs., sustain kneeling & standing for up to 30 minutes and perform push & pull tasks with a least 87 lb. force.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

• Experience in Manufacturing

• Perform repetitive assembly operations to include:
  • Placing parts in specified relationship to each other.
  • Bolt, screw or fasten parts together using hand tools or powered tools.
  • Test and adjust as needed.
• Detect, report and document unusual conditions, defective material or specific problems related to quality, safety and delivery.
• Work in a team, multi-task, cross-train and perform within production requirements as required.
• Perform other work per Supervisor's direction.

The pay for this position is $20.50 per hour, plus an additional $1.25 shift differential. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
