Base pay range

$22.75/hr - $23.25/hr

We are seeking qualified candidates for hourly production team member positions in our Columbia, South Carolina manufacturing facility. As an hourly production team member, you will need to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

• Candidate possesses experience in TIG welding of alloy metals
  . Fuse welding is preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Responsible for managing loss of platinum alloy due to the welding process.
• Must be able to use small hand tools for cleaning and fitting alloy pieces prior to welding.
• Will be able to place parts in jigs or holding fixtures to be welded.
• Assist other team members with assembly, shaping, drilling and leak testing.
• Candidate will be responsible for the overall safety, quantity and quality of production.
• Fitter position will transition into welder position.
• Welding test administered on-site after successful in person interview.

• Must be 18 years of age and have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work any shift (Primary Shift is Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm).
• TIG welding of alloy metals (1 Year Experience Required).
• Fuse welding experience (Preferred).
• Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.

$22.75/hour (First 90 Days) to $23.25/hour (After 90 Days)
