Welder

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder with strong critical thinking skills to join our dynamic team and growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques and a commitment to precision, while maintaining safety protocols, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and durability of our products through precise welding practices.

• Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, on different materials such as steel and aluminum. Our main welding style is MIG.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding processes.
• Maintain consistent attendance as well as timely arrival daily, great opportunity for bonus and PTO.
• Set up welding equipment and ensure it is functioning properly before starting work.
• Inspect completed welds for quality assurance and compliance with specifications, according to blueprints.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the welding process and make necessary adjustments.

• Familiarity with various welding techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• History of reading and navigating different kinds of blueprints for builds.
