Production operator; evening

As well as playing a key role, the production operator’s main duties include the following:

• Operate various production equipment and make adjustments in the work cell.
• Control product quality according to species, grades and specifications.
• Meet performance indices.
• Read and understand computerized production schedules and apply their specifications.
• Achieve the objectives and continuous improvement of the work unit.
• Perform all other related production tasks.
• Convert metric and imperial measurements.
• Work independently according to procedures to achieve cell production standards.
• Good ability to learn and adapt.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Work at a good pace to effectively coordinate operations in the cell.
• Job available on day or evening shift, 40 hours per week.
