Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Welder in Wellford
. Our client is a successful tool manufacturing company. The Welder is responsible for accurately and efficiently manual welding of parts and products according to blueprints using fixtures created for each specific item.

• Perform precise and efficient manual welding of parts and products in accordance with blueprint specifications, utilizing fixtures tailored to each specific item.
• Maintain a vigilant focus on both quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
• Keep meticulous records of parts inventory in designated baskets.
• Strive for continual improvement in speed, accuracy, and knowledge of the product line.

• Set up the workstation at the beginning of each shift by ensuring tools are plugged in and exhaust hoods are activated.
• Monitor the functionality of product fixtures during use and promptly communicate any observed changes or suggestions for improvement to the Weld Shop Supervisor.
• Complete end-of-day procedures, including submitting necessary paperwork, tidying the workstation, unplugging all tools, and shutting off exhaust hoods.

REQUIRED Experience and

Education:

Welding Certification and 1 year experience
