Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and successful delivery of construction projects. Working closely with the Superintendent, the Project Manager provides leadership, direction, and support to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with the client’s goals.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and contract administration
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience working closely with Superintendents and field teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Experience with ground-up commercial construction and complex renovations
• Familiarity with collaborative project delivery methods
• Experience in markets across South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia
• Interest in long-term growth and leadership within the organization
