Veterinary Practice Manager

We are looking for a driven, positive, relationship‑oriented team leader to lead Saddleback Mobile LLC into the future. The ideal candidate should have 5 or more years of experience in veterinary leadership positions. Technical proficiency in the clinical setting, excellent customer service, and the ability to humbly share their skillset with others are the skills we need.

• Customer service mindset to ensure client retention and practice growth
• Team training to optimize patient care and comfort, as well as smooth customer experience
• Inventory management
• Technician and Doctor schedules
• Mobile appointment scheduling
• Communication with sales and distribution representatives
• Online pharmacy, practice management software, and client communication integration
• Practice marketing
• Team building exercises / continuing education

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years in veterinary leadership
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager
• Licensed Veterinary Technician
• Experience with business accounting
• Intimate knowledge of Charleston, SC, and surrounding areas
• Additional qualifications are desirable

$35,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
