Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven
Senior Manager, Health & Safety
to champion a proactive safety culture across our Southern region. In this high-impact role, you will be the key driver for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive health, safety, and injury-prevention programs, ensuring a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of
healthcare safety standards and compliance
. You must have the ability to influence and coach leadership teams while maintaining the flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time.

What You'll Deliver
  • Program Leadership:Lead the full lifecycle—from development to execution—of health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Risk Mitigation:Conduct rigorous risk assessments, safety audits, and implement timely corrective actions.

  • Incident Management:Oversee all incident investigations, focusing on thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

  • Regulatory Compliance:Ensure stringent adherence to all federal, state, and local safety regulations, especially within a healthcare setting.

  • Coaching & Training:Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers and frontline teams on safety best practices and coordinate comprehensive safety awareness training programs.

  • Performance Monitoring:Track, analyze, and report on key safety performance metrics to leadership, driving continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring
  • Experience:Progressive leadership experience supported by a comprehensive understanding of health and safety practices.

  • Expertise:Strong knowledge of
    OSHA regulations
    and industry safety standards.

  • Skills:Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Influence:Proven ability to drive organizational safety initiatives and positively influence teams across all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Minimum).

  • Management

    Experience:

    5+ years (Minimum).

  • Functional

    Experience:

    3+ years in a relevant safety role (Minimum).
