Responsibilities
  • Branch managers build the foundation of the Coldwell Banker network, the nation’s No. 1 residential real estate brokerage for 21 years.
  • Lead and run Coldwell Banker’s local brokerage office. You are responsible for recruiting and developing the real estate agents of the future to drive revenue, backed by the latest technology.
  • Grow the office and culture by attracting new associates and developing existing associates to help them succeed and generate new revenue.
  • Establish a culture of growth by living the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition – Production Power, Culture of Awesomeness, Wealth Building and Coaching to Confidence. Act as the face of Coldwell Banker in the community, participating in and leading local events to expand the network.
  • Inspiring motivator: Attracts associates and leads teams to success with high energy and a growing residential real estate office driven by a culture of awesomeness.
  • Strong communicator: Articulates Coldwell Banker’s and the local office’s value proposition to attract and retain agents.
  • Successful manager: Manages branch operations, including hiring, development and rewards of top talent; oversees office expenses and budgets; handles profit and loss to achieve profitability targets.
  • Teammate: Aligns with and executes the company’s strategy to drive growth; collaborates with other managers to increase market share and brand recognition.
  • Growth driver: Ensures associates have the tools they need and are trained; endorses preferred services (mortgage, title, home warranty).
  • Ethical leader: Demonstrates integrity to maintain a strong community reputation; ensures local transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in all aspects of residential real estate transactions with 3-5 years of sales experience; knowledge of real estate laws, contracts and procedures; active local real estate or broker’s license.
  • Proven management success including recruiting, training and leading strong teams.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with awareness of current technology and willingness to adopt new technology to drive growth.
  • Contagious passion and a hard-working desire to grow your career while attracting others to do the same.
  • Influential communicator with strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
  • Technology proficiency including knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and media platforms.
