• Developing standards, KPIs and guidelines.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing competency profiles, training concepts and strategic improvement needs.
• Defining and setting functional collaboration inside the network and cross-network.
• Identifying and providing CSRs.
• Defining functional systems and tools.
• Driving escalations to Regional Board and Corporate Board.
• Interfacing with other regions and Steering Committees.
• Leading the functional management organization and the functional community in the region. Defining functional strategies and priorities.

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience, managing teams and driving functional results.
• Experience as a Quality Manager with solid knowledge of quality systems and compliance.
• Strong relationship-management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Automotive or general manufacturing industry experience.
• Intercultural experience working in global or cross regional environments.
• Experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management principles.
• Operations Management expertise.
• Understanding of Material Science, especially plastics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and use of structured methodologies.
