- Developing standards, KPIs and guidelines.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing competency profiles, training concepts and strategic improvement needs.
- Defining and setting functional collaboration inside the network and cross-network.
- Identifying and providing CSRs.
- Defining functional systems and tools.
- Driving escalations to Regional Board and Corporate Board.
- Interfacing with other regions and Steering Committees.
- Leading the functional management organization and the functional community in the region. Defining functional strategies and priorities.
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience, managing teams and driving functional results.
- Experience as a Quality Manager with solid knowledge of quality systems and compliance.
- Strong relationship-management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Automotive or general manufacturing industry experience.
- Intercultural experience working in global or cross regional environments.
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management principles.
- Operations Management expertise.
- Understanding of Material Science, especially plastics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and use of structured methodologies.
