We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex commercial construction projects, ensuring safe completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Position OverviewAs the primary management representative, the Project Manager will collaborate with the Project Support team, stakeholders, and clients to plan, execute, and close projects while upholding all company policies and contract obligations.
Responsibilities- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure project activities comply with contract documents and company policies.
- Coordinate pre‑job planning, mobilization, and start‑up activities.
- Manage trade partner relationships and resolve issues.
- Maintain open communication with owner, design team, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor job safety and enforce safety policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly margin reports and schedule updates.
- Support quality control and commissioning processes.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate project personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of commercial design‑build or construction project management experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong problem‑solving, judgment, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera P6 / Asta, Prolog, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to allocate resources strategically and manage assets.
- Demonstrated management capabilities and motivation of direct reports.
- OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification.
- Integrate safety into job planning and execution.
- Lead safety‑related functions and enforce policies.
- Coordinate mobilization effort, procurement, and technology deployment.
- Handle job purchasing and contracting with Estimating department.
- Act as primary site representative and owner contact.
- Monitor project costs and schedule progress; initiate course corrections.
- Support quality control plan implementation and commissioning.
- Manage trade partner engagement and issue resolution.
- Mentor and develop salary personnel, provide timely feedback.
