Leadership South Carolina (LSC) develops, connects, and empowers leaders across our state through immersive, community‑focused programs. We bring together diverse perspectives to address challenges, spark collaboration, and drive positive change.
Leadership South Carolina is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead our Emerging Leaders Program and support the eight‑month Core Leadership Program
. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leadership development, event planning, and making an impact across our state.
- Design and manage the Emerging Leaders Program: curriculum, speakers, and participant engagement.
- Coordinate logistics for venues, lodging, transportation, and materials.
- Support the Core Leadership Program and alumni engagement initiatives.
- Oversee program communications, budgets, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years in program management, leadership development, event planning, or nonprofit administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; design tools (Adobe, Canva) a plus.
- Ability to travel statewide and work occasional evenings.
- Knowledge of South Carolina’s communities preferred.
