JOB SUMMARY:

Performs custodial, housekeeping or grounds keeping duties to keep building or ground in a clean and orderly condition at Camp Bob Cooper. Mows grass, weed eats, trim hedges and keeps the grounds tidy.

JOB DUTIES:

80% - Essential - Grounds keeping:
Mows grass and weed eats the grounds. Keeps the ground clean and orderly. Rakes leaves and keeps ground free of debris. Plants, fertilizers, trims and waters lawns, flowers, shrubbery, and trees as needed. Sprays and pulls weeds and does landscaping as directed.

10% - Essential - Custodial:
Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and stairways. Sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums all areas as needed. Replenishes supplies, i.e. paper-towels, toilet paper as necessary. Assists in the set-up and breakdown for functions held at the facility. Collects trash throughout the facility.

10% - Essential - Improvements:

Assists in any improvements on the cleanliness of the facility. Maintains inventory on grounds keeping supplies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education - None

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Education - High School or Equivalent - Custodial or grounds keeping experience directly related to the area of employment.

Licenses - Drivers License Class A CDL

WORK SCHEDULE:

Standard Hrs: 40

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

Expected Pay range ($ 24,400.00 - $26,400.00)

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
