Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Garden Lakes apartment community located in Columbia, SC. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
- Strong prioritization, planning, and efficient time‑management skills.
Hourly wage is determined by related experience and certifications.
