• Ensure and monitor the cleanliness and orderly conditions of areas around the plant, such as workstations, social areas and grounds.
• Maintain and repair minor defects within the social and outside areas with direct guidance and oversight, including general ground's keeping.
• Perform minor construction and repairs under direct guidance to ensure ongoing operations of facility.
• May observe to learn and support minor repairs on systems (i.e. carpentry and other routine building maintenance and repairs) under direct supervision.
• May inspect equipment and systems for preventive maintenance following plant protocol and move equipment and furniture for cleaning or renovation purposes.
• Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
