The Warren Mill Lofts is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will utilize their experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Compensation: $24 to $26 per hour.

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make‑readies.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Performs preventive maintenance.
• Maintains a clean and well‑organized shop and other work areas.
• Provides a parts catalana and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assists in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
