As a Technical Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operations and fostering a culture of safety and quality. You will collaborate with senior managers and technicians to achieve plant performance goals while leading with initiative and integrity.
Responsibilities- Reinforce a no‑tolerance stance on safety hazards within the team.
- Provide frontline leadership to the maintenance squad during shifts.
- Deliver a comprehensive maintenance agenda, covering predictive to reactive maintenance.
- Promote interaction between quality, production, and warehouse leaders in repair processes.
- Empower team members through personal development and skill building.
- Introduce and uphold exemplary maintenance practices.
- Associate’s qualification or comparable experience.
- Proficiency in maintenance programs and reliability analysis tools.
- Leadership skills that empower and inspire.
- Adept in fast‑paced collaborative work settings.
- Independently motivated, organizational multitasker.
- Advanced mechanical troubleshooting.
- Voltage system proficiency.
- Electrical troubleshooting.
- Expertise in safety evaluations.
