In this role, you will maintain material orders, provide customer service, manage inventory, and support the assembly, installation, and maintenance of servers and other electronic components within the data center.

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers, quantities and ensuring materials remain in pristine condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts onsite.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100 % accuracy.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks according to diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware with hand, power and measuring tools.
• Operate material‑handling equipment (straddle stackers, rack movers, electric pallet jacks).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to 5S standards.
• Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the workday.

• 1–3 years of related experience in logistics, warehouse, or data‑center support.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills; ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders onsite.
• Good analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to make confident decisions based on data.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static‑discharge protocols.
• Capability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Successful completion of all required background checks, clearances and drug/alcohol tests.
