We are seeking an experienced Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Holiday, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering spotless results. This position focuses on intensive cleaning tasks beyond regular maintenance, ensuring our clients’ spaces are hygienic, fresh, and welcoming.

• Perform deep cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices
• Scrub and sanitize hard-to-reach or neglected areas (e.g., baseboards, behind appliances, vents)
• Perform carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other specialty services as assigned
• Handle heavy-duty cleaning tasks such as grout cleaning, high-dusting, and stain removal
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding job progress and any issues encountered
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Proven experience in residential or commercial deep cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and best practices
• Physical ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Pasco County
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed

• Prior experience with carpet extraction, floor stripping, and waxing
• Certification or training in cleaning and sanitation (optional but beneficial)
