Schedule: Friday - Monday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $22 per hour + $2 shift differential.
Responsibilities- Operate lift trucks and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Load, unload, process, and store materials; reposition loading devices and secure loads.
- Verify product receipt, inspect condition, and place items in correct storage locations.
- Unload inbound carriers, verify counts, inspect product condition, and handle accurate storage.
- Prepare preloads per orders, pick and stage products, scan and correct shortages or over‑counts.
- Inspect trailers, count units, load products into trailers, arrange by loading guidelines, and secure loads.
- Ensure reliable attendance and comply with safety, security, and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Attendance: Adhere to schedule, arrive on time, and work required overtime during peak season.
- Communication: Effectively communicate verbally and in writing; follow instructions.
- Mathematics: Perform basic math, calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Language: Read, interpret, and write documents; understand directives.
- Diversity: Work effectively with people of all backgrounds.
- Relationships: Build and maintain work relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Productivity: Meet or exceed production guidelines independently.
- Paperwork: Accurately complete and verify necessary forms and documentation.
- Organization: Follow systematic methods for task execution.
- Accountability: Take responsibility for actions and outcomes.
- Accuracy: Perform work thoroughly and precisely.
- Adaptability: Adjust to workplace changes.
- Autonomy: Work with minimal supervision.
- Safety Awareness: Identify and correct conditions that affect team safety.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- 1–2 years of related experience.
- Basic scanner technology usage.
- Valid State Driver’s License; forklift certification preferred.
