Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of combined experience in supply chain logistics and warehouse inventory management.
• Experience with Mission‑Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAPS) and high‑priority requisition support and component repair cycle management.
• Experience supporting Performance‑Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics development.
• U.S. citizenship and minimum Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting; must be able to obtain Final Secret Clearance.

Job Description

Join the Lockheed Martin Field Sustainment F‑35 Team in Cherry Point, NC! As the Field Logistics Support Representative, you will serve as the main supply chain logistics liaison for our F‑35 internal and external customers and strategic partners. You will function as the Lockheed Martin subject‑matter expert for warehouse inventory management and will be responsible for briefing senior‑level management on key performance indicators and supply chain metrics.

Strong project‑management and interpersonal skills are required, and you must thrive in a fast‑paced, fluid environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide MICAPS support and coordinate with the Operations Support (OPS) Center.
• Analyze and resolve customer‑raised Supply Chain Management (SCM) sustainment issues.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist customers with Part Number and/or National Stock Number clarification.
• Assist customers with identifying and processing Hazmat, Shelf Life, Electronic Sensitive Devices/Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) identification, and organizational refusals.
• Provide effective material survey support and manage non‑conformance/quarantine issues.
• Respond to priority customer requests required for mission support, including after‑hours support.

• Field Service Representative experience; international experience with Import/Export customs preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
