Overview
Robinson Gray is seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Defense Associate to join our Columbia, S.C. firm. Applicants must be in good standing with the South Carolina Bar Association.
Responsibilities- Can handle all aspects of defending workers compensation claims for clients including insurance companies, risk managers, employer representatives, third party administrators and self-insured employers.
- Is proficient in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, appeals, mediations, subrogation, and settlement.
- Knowledge of SC workers comp law
- Ability to spot legal issues in other areas
- Ability to manage caseload effectively
- Effective time management
- Demonstrate good judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Technologically adept
- Excellent organizational skills
