We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Litigation team in our Columbia office. This position is located in Columbia with flexibility regarding a hybrid/remote schedule.

- Provide paralegal support to the Litigation team in the Columbia office.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and discovery materials.
- Assist with document management, citations, and legal research as needed.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and outside counsel to ensure timely progression of matters.
- Draft and review routine correspondence and legal documents under supervision.
- Associate degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or certification from an ABA-approved paralegal program; or Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, motivated, organized, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Certified Paralegal (CP) designation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
