- Lead commercial real estate matters acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing
- Review title commitments, exceptions, and surveys; resolve curatives; manage escrow/closings
- Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, ownership structure, and M&A support
- Coordinate diligence across internal teams, lenders, brokers, and third-party vendors
- Spot risk, propose practical solutions, and keep transactions moving on timeline
- Build templates/playbooks to streamline contracts and closings
- 3–7+ years in commercial/transactional practice with meaningful CRE exposure
- Strong contract drafting/negotiation and title/survey review chops
- Experience coordinating closings and working with lenders/underwriters
- Active South Carolina license (or eligibility to waive in promptly)
- Organized, responsive, and business-minded
