The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of litigation experience, representing general contractors, owners, developers, designers and large specialty contractors in complex construction projects.

• Litigation experience with construction law matters.
• Represent clients in complex construction projects, including general contractors, owners, developers, designers and large specialty contractors.

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in construction defect, liability, and/or complex commercial disputes
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication in a team-oriented environment
• Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
• In good standing with the South Carolina Bar
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
