Paralegal – Civil Defense Litigation Columbia, South Carolina | Full-Time, Monday–Friday | In Office (With Work From Home Policy) Salary Range: $50,000–$75,000

Overview

The Paralegal will play a key role in managing civil litigation cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with litigation technology and court filing systems.

  • Support civil defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Manage case files, document management, and correspondence with clients and attorneys
  • Prepare and file documents using litigation software and court filing systems

  • Experience with civil litigation cases
  • Proficiency with CM/ECF filing (Federal and State)

  • Experience with a litigation document management system
