The OpportunityThe Booz Allen Hamilton Earned Value Management (EVM) Organization is hiring an experienced and disciplined EVM Program Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for programs with IMS and EVMS requirements. The Contractor will collaborate directly with the Program Cost Analyst and work closely with other project management personnel to ensure schedule alignment with milestones, identify and mitigate risks, implement change control, and prepare EVM metrics and status reports.
The role includes conducting regular schedule reviews, validating data integration, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry scheduling standards. Efforts span program startup, planning activities, and the monthly Business Rhythm throughout the execution lifecycle.
Growth opportunities exist to facilitate on‑program schedule training and acquire role-related certifications such as PMP and EVP.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in professional program planning or scheduling
- Experience with industry‑standard scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project
- Experience with Critical Path Analysis
- Ability to perform detailed schedule analysis and variance reporting
- Ability to present complex data to non‑technical stakeholders
- Secret clearance (or willingness to obtain Secret clearance)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with large‑scale projects in defense, aerospace, or IT (nice if you have)
- Experience with EIA‑748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements, IMS and CPR, IPMR, IPM‑DAR deliverables
- Experience with DCMA 14‑Point and DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM)
- Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
- Experience with running and reporting on Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality results and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI‑SP (Scheduling Professional), or EVM certifications (optional)

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by factors such as location, education, experience, and contract requirements. Full‑time and part‑time (at least 20 hours per week) employees are eligible for Booz Allen’s benefit programs, which include health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
