Medicaid Systems Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational management of critical eligibility, enrollment, and member management systems.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the Atlassian product suite for agency collaboration.
• Oversee external technology vendors and ensure compliance with complex service level agreements.
• Manage cross-functional teams responsible for production support, interface maintenance, and data operations.
• Implement standardized processes for incident management, system changes, and scheduled releases.
• Ensure platform compliance with CMS and SSA security standards through proactive audit remediation.
• Create executive-level dashboards and technical reports to communicate system health and operational status.

• 3 or more years of experience in technical systems operations management and administrative leadership.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Suite administration and enterprise project collaboration platforms.
• Experience with Medicaid Enterprise eligibility and enrollment systems or similar large-scale public health platforms.
• Experience in managing application support ticketing systems and multi-tier helpdesk operations.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and enterprise software licensing procurement.
• Experience in incident management, change control, and release management frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
