Developer IV Genesys Cloud
Job Summary:
Talent Software Services is in search of a Developer IV - Genesys Cloud for a contract position in Columbia, SC. The opportunity will be for one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
- Design and develop advanced Genesys Cloud Architect workflows
, including: IVR Digital channels Routing NLU-driven call flows - Create high-quality:
Technical documentation Functional documentation FRDs Workflow diagrams Integration specifications
- Minimum years of experience in:
Application development Systems testing Or related IT roles - Genesys Cloud
- JavaScript, Python, or
- REST APIs, JSON, and service integrations
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS preferred)
- Genesys Certifications
, such as:
Genesys Cloud CX Developer (CCX GCD) Genesys Cloud CX Architect (GCX ARC) - Lucidchart or other workflow modeling tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor junior developers
Ability to influence architectural decisions
