Senior Scrum Master; Water Fall Model

Must work onsite in Columbia, SC

The Senior Scrum Master leads Waterfall development teams in delivering technology solutions aligned with the Banks product vision and strategic goals. As a champion of Agile principles, this role drives best practices, fosters innovation, and enhances team performance through coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile and Waterfall principles using training and practical tools.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and team members to strengthen Agile practices.
• Develop strategies for enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and cultural transformation.
• Implement Agile processes to improve collaboration, transparency, and predictability.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning.
• Serve as the primary contact for Scrum team-related projects and applications.
• Coordinate across teams in a scaled Agile environment to meet project goals.
• Lead by example, driving Agile maturity and organizational change.
• Align Agile practices with business processes, products, and technologies.
• Partner with senior leadership to evolve and sustain Agile methodologies

What You'll Need:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Finance, or Accounting (masters preferred)
• 8%2B years of relevant experience, including 3%2B years as Scrum Master or 5%2B years as Project Manager
• Certified Scrum Master and Advanced Scrum Master required;
  Professional Scrum Master preferred
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and experience in coaching teams
• Proven success managing complex, multi-team projects
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Technical exposure or programming experience is a plus.
