Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in computer science, or information systems/technology management OR 5+ years of experience as a Network Technician.
5+ years of experience in enterprise desktop support and customer service.
Skilled in desktop administration for Windows 10 and Windows 11.
3+ years of experience in System Administration.
Required Technical Skills- At least 3 years of experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- At least 3 years of experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- At least 3 years of experience with GPO (Group Policy Object)
- Good understanding of desktop support concepts for the enterprise as it relates to troubleshooting network endpoints.

Any of the following certifications:- A+
- Network+
- Security+
- MCSA:
