Position Overview:

We are seeking a local resource for the role of Oracle Identity and Access Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have significant technical leadership experience in identity management, particularly with Oracle Identity Manager, which manages user access privileges across all resources throughout the identity management lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Oracle Identity Manager functionalities and lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze complex data dependencies between multiple systems and resolve issues such as data conflicts.
• Extensive experience with the software development lifecycle and code promotion processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Visio.
• Experience working in a virtual server environment, particularly with VMware, is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
