Role Overview
The Client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst – Consultant to support its Test Automation Center of Excellence. The consultant will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies across multiple business processes, systems, and environments, with a strong emphasis on test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
This role requires close collaboration with functional, technical, and Test CoE teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Test Automation CoE, functional teams, technical teams, and management to execute enterprise-wide testing strategies
  • Design, build, and maintain formal test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation
  • Interpret business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to produce comprehensive testing artifacts
  • Document testing outcomes, defects, resolutions, and assist with root cause analysis
  • Create, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
  • Execute automated integration, regression, and end-to-end tests ensuring full test coverage
  • Support test planning for projects and production changes by documenting end-to-end business processes
  • Maintain enterprise business process hierarchies and alignment of test procedures
  • Collaborate with development teams to design test cases based on user stories and functional requirements
  • Manage test data required for automated testing execution
  • Contribute to automation framework enhancements, libraries, and reusable components
  • Generate and present test execution and defect reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders
  • Support test environment setup in coordination with infrastructure and operations teams
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement testing best practices
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on Tricentis Tosca automation standards
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and automation testing methodologies
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems/technology, computer science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer or Analyst
  • 5+ years of strong knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices
  • Moderate knowledge of Finance, HCM, Logistics, and Treasury business processes
  • Proven ability to interpret requirements and produce high-quality testing artifacts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong time management skills
Preferred Skills
  • Proven hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including Tosca Commander and Tosca TBox
  • Tricentis/Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Professional – Tosca Testsuite)
  • Experience testing SAP and SaaS enterprise systems
  • Experience with S/4

    HANA migrations, test automation during migration, and change impact analysis
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications
  • Exposure to other testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
  • Proficiency in test scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data validation
  • Experience working within CI/CD pipelines and collaborating closely with development teams
