• Advanced Agile project planning and execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Strategic thinking with strong problem‑solving capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Agile tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Planner (Premium), or similar
• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large‑scale projects
• Proven experience leading Agile teams through full project life cycles
• PMP Certification (required)
• Experience with Agile project management tools
• One or more Agile certifications preferred, including:
• PMI-ACP
• SAFe Agilist (SA)
• Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of project management experience in government or enterprise environments
• Experience leading application migration or modernization projects
• Knowledge of South Carolina state government operations, procurement, and fiscal policies
• Strong background in enterprise IT systems and cross‑agency collaboration
• Proven success managing vendors and complex contracts
